1. Digital Pressure Gauge & Switch

This gauge provides a battery-powered, local display of pressure that is 6 times more accurate than its mechanical counter-part, with 3 times the over-range capacity and 5 to 10 times the resolution! The EPS version provides all this, PLUS 2 fully adjustable switches with low-voltage relay outputs for simple control and/or alarming.

FLOW
 

Based on the proven design of the HM turbine meter, the HMP Turbine Flowmeter satisfies the specific design and performance requirements of Life Sciences applications. The HMP uses a bushing and shaft combination which makes the HMP suitable for intense sterilization processes and allows for steam blow down. The HMP is designed in accordance with the current ASME BPE flowmeter standard and is provided with necessary certifications and calibration documentation.

LEVEL

1. Liquid Level Transmitter (SX)

The Anderson Pharmaceutical Electronic Level Transmitter (SX) is designed to measure static head pressure in sanitary process and storage tanks.

 

2. LA "Top Mount" Level Transmitter

Based on our SX"Driftless" Transmitter, this top mount variation easily replaces problematic devices such as ball floats, pneumatics, capacitance probes and magneto-strictive sensors.

 

3. LN Potentiometric Level Transmitterr

A top mount insertion probe, the LN is designed with process control in mind. Ideal for filler bowls, balance tanks, and pressurized vessels, the LN is immune to pressure or temperature changes excelling in applications where pressure based sensors come up short.

 

4. HB Series "Mini" Level Transmitter

This sensor has been specifically designed for use in simple level control applications such as balance tanks and CIP Vessels. It is designed for harsh environments and stands up to direct wash-downs and wide variations in temperature.

 

5. Electronic Sanitary Differential Level Transmitter (TDL)

A fully electronic, differential pressure/level measurement system. It is designed to monitor levels in pressurized storage tanks, vacuum vessels, and surge tanks.

 

6. "LB" Point Level Probes for Conductive Liquid Applications

3-A approved sanitary point level. The LB provides up to four independent level points with probe lengths to 72". Paired with the "LL" switching module, the point level system allows choices of normally open or closed contacts and accommodates a broad variety of conductive media.

The typical Anderson conductance probe-type liquid level system consists of two major components, the switching "module" and a sanitary probe with one or more electrodes.

ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTS

HC series toroidal conductivity sensor

The HC series toroidal conductivity sensor is specifically designed to be used on CIP systems to measure conductivity in cleaning solutions ranging from 0-200 up to 0-2,000,000 microSiemens/cm and temperature compensated over a range of 0° and 200°C. With its unique stainless steel housing and Teflon coated probe, these sensors are impervious to process coating or contamination. The sensors may be ordered with our model DA1, 1/4 DIN panel mount Analyzer or DA2, NEMA 4X Transmitter which may be panel, wall, pipe or integral sensor mounted.
